We offer four different subscription plans: 1, 2, 3 and 6 months.

Monthly Plan – £14.95/mo

2 Month Plan – £13.95/mo (£27.90 upfront)

3 Month Plan – £12.95/mo (£38.85 upfront)

6 Month Plan – £11.95/mo (£71.70 upfront)

All boxes are dispatched on the 15^th of each month unless the 15^th falls on a weekend or public holiday, then it will be the next business day.  You should receive your box by the 20^th of each month. All orders are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Class and generally take 2 to 3 working days to arrive.

We’ll be sad to see you go but if you wish to cancel, please log into your account where you will find an option to cancel your plan under subscriptions. Do remember to cancel your renewal before the last day of the month before your payment is processed.  If you choose to cancel a prepaid 3 or 6 month subscription then you will receive the monthly fragrance box for the remaining period of the plan which was charged.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds for the remaining months left in a subscription.

Scentful subscriptions make thoughtful gifts for friends and loved ones.  Just select a different delivery address during checkout.

All of our 1, 2, 3 and 6 month plans are subscription services and therefore auto-renew until cancelled. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do this under ‘subscriptions’ from your account dashboard.

If your box has not arrived by the 20th of the month please email us at hello@scentful.co.uk and we will get back to you ASAP.

We understand smell is subjective and we can’t please everyone but unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for our monthly subscription plan. Refund requests may be accepted for 2, 3 and 6 month subscription plans subject to the return of the first box unused, sealed and in original condition within 14 days from receiving the box.

We try our best to select fragrances to complement one another.  We’re sure you’ll like at least one of them and hopefully both. If there is a fragrance you are not too keen on, why not give it to a friend or family member? They make great little gifts.

Unfortunately not, however we hope to expand sometime in the near future.

Scentful uses a third-party payment service known as ‘Stripe’ to handle payments. Using Stripe allows customers to make payments via Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

We will take payment upfront on your initial order but all subsequent renewals will be charged on the last day of the month:

1 Month Plan
First month charged upfront and renewals on the 10th of every month

2 Month Plan
First 2 months charged upfront and renewals on the 10th of every 2nd month

3 Month Plan
First 3 months charged upfront and renewals on the 10th of every 3rd month

6 Month Plan
First 6 months charged upfront and renewals on the 10th of every 6th month

All plans auto-renew at the end of their plan length at the full price until cancelled.

Not a thing! We don’t charge for postage and package to anywhere in mainland United Kingdom.

Simply log in to your account and from the dashboard you can access ‘Addresses’ or ‘Payment Method’ to view or edit the information on file.

Each Scentful subscription contains 2 x 5ml vials. Each spray vials gives around 80 sprays which give a total of around 160 sprays from both fragrances, enough to last at least 30 days using approximately 5 sprays per day.

Yes! we have specifically designed our packages so they fit through UK letterboxes so your Scentful subscription will be ready and waiting for you for when you get home.

We always pick two new fragrances each month. Occasionally we may introduce a popular scent from a previous box but there will always be a minimum gap of 12 months before you might receive a scent you have already enjoyed.

As Scentful sends out surprise scents every month, we can’t guarantee what fragrances or what ingredients are contained within the fragrances at the time of purchase. Your physician or health care practitioner should address any and all medical questions, and concerns.

Scentful does not give or intend to give any answers to medical related questions and we do not replace any medical professional. If you are in need of medical attention, please call 999 or your physician immediately.

Scentful takes pride in only offering 100% authentic designer fragrances purchased from authorised distributors and/or brands directly.

You can recycle the mini 5ml glass vials. We don’t recommend re-using the vials since the fragrance oils can adhere to the bottle which makes it difficult to clean them out completely.

Yes, your Scentful fragrances are perfect for traveling and abide by carry-on laws but remember the vials are made of glass so treat them with love and care!

Wheres the fun in that?! We prefer an element of mystery so Scentful carefully hand picks out two designer fragrances per month for our lovely subscribers. We think our service is the best way to discover new fragrances without spending too much.

We send out fragrances from some of the top designer brands, including names such as Tom Ford, Gucci, Armani, Jimmy Choo, D&G, Versace and so many more. We do NOT provide our subscribers with cheaper celebrity branded fragrances.
